Von der spektakulären Bucht von Kotor über die zerklüftete Küste von Herceg Novi bis Ulcinj, die majestätischen Gipfel des Durmitor-Nationalparks und den weiten, stillen Skadarsee – dieses Land beeindruckt mit einer atemberaubenden landschaftlichen Vielfalt. Seine unberührte Natur und wilde Schönheit üben eine besondere Magie aus und machen Montenegro zu einem verborgenen Juwel, das ich alle paar Jahre gerne bereise.
Despite its small size, Montenegro (Crna Gora) is one of the most fascinating and beautiful countries in the Balkans for me. From the spectacular Bay of Kotor and the rugged coastline stretching from Herceg Novi to Ulcinj to the majestic peaks of Durmitor National Park and the vast, tranquil Skadar Lake – this country captivates with its breathtaking natural diversity. Its untouched landscapes and wild beauty hold a special magic, making Montenegro a hidden gem that I love to revisit every few years.
