My name is Stefan L. Beyer and I´m a professional photographer who decided to turn his hobby into a profession in 2007. After an apprenticeship and several years of self-education I passed the examination for the master craftman’s diploma in 2011.
I´ve been working for an international sporting goods manufacturer as a product-, advertising-, and sports photographer since 2012. This job finances my real passion:
landscape-, city- and nature photography, the three main areas of my photographic interest. I also like taking photos of people, mainly outdoors as well.
The passion of photography took me nearly all over Europe. I´m half-German and half-Hungarian and ever since I can remember my family commuted between Hungary and Germany. Thus, my desire to travel was learned in the cradle.
In my pictures I want to show the beauty of nature and try to make a small contribution to it´s preservation.
I do not add or remove objects in my pictures except the retouching of elements such as scaffoldings or garbage. I often use the manual exposure blending method to obtain a high dynamic range and use a Canon EOS MIII with L-lenses to get the best possible quality.
Mein Name ist Stefan L. Beyer und ich bin professioneller Fotograf, der sich 2007 dazu entschied sein Hobby zum Beruf zu machen. Nach einer Gesellenausbildung und mehreren Jahren des Selbststudiums erhielt ich 2011 meinen Meisterbrief im Fotografenhandwerk.
Seit 2012 arbeite ich für einen internationalen Sportartikelhersteller als Produkt-, Werbe- und Sportfotograf und finanziere so meine nebenberufliche Leidenschaft:
Stadt-, Landschafts- und Naturfotografie, die einen Hauptteil meiner selbständigen Arbeit ausmachen. Gerne fotografiere ich auch Menschen, hauptsächlich ebenfalls draußen.
Die Leidenschaft für Naturaufnahmen brachten mich in schon fast alle Länder Europas. Da ich halb Deutscher- halb Ungar bin und meine Familie mit mir schon immer viel zwischen Ungarn und Deutschland pendelte wurde mir diese Lust zu Reisen scheinbar in die Wiege gelegt.
Mit meinen Arbeiten möchte ich der Menschheit die Schönheit der Natur näher bringen und vielleicht auch so einen kleinen Beitrag zu ihrem Erhalt leisten.
Außer dem Entfernen von Gerüsten, Müll o.ä. werden keine Objekte künstlich hinzugefügt oder entfernt. Oftmals wende ich das so genannte manuelle Exposure Blending an, um einen hohen Dynamikumfang zu erhalten. Um bestmögliche Qualität zu erhalten verwende ich eine Canon EOS 5D MIII und L-Objektive.
